Ordorite Software Solutions Listed as a 2025 Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Company
This month Ordorite Software Solutions earned a coveted place on the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Awards 2025 list. The annual list recognises Ireland’s fastest‑growing technology companies, ranking them on revenue growth and celebrating innovation in the sector. For an Irish‑owned business that started in 2006 with a vision of transforming furniture retail management, this recognition marks a major milestone.
Deloitte’s Fast 50 programme goes beyond a simple list. It highlights companies that are shaping the future of Irish technology. The ranking is purely quantitative, growth over a four‑year period, ensuring that the awards reflect real market traction. Additional categories, such as the Impact Award and Scale‑Up Award, celebrate businesses making a difference through innovation, sustainability or societal impact. Winners will be announced at a ceremony in Dublin on 27 November 2025.
Innovation at the Heart of Ordorite
Ordorite’s core product is an end‑to‑end retail management solution built specifically for furniture, bedding and related retailers. What sets it apart is its continuous evolution. Over the past few years the company has expanded its offering to include:
- Vision IQ – A reporting and analytics engine that turns live data into clear, customisable dashboards. Managers can track sales performance, inventory trends, customer behaviour and delivery success in real time.
- Ordo Connect – A suite of integrations that link Ordorite to e‑commerce platforms, finance software (such as Xero and Sage), logistics carriers (including DHL and DPD) and marketing tools.
- Mobile App Suite – Modules for stocktaking, goods in/out, pick lists and proof of delivery, ensuring warehouse and delivery teams can work with real‑time data.
- Grow Hub – A marketing tool that segments customers using Recency, Frequency and Monetary (RFM) analysis, enabling personalised email and SMS campaigns.
These innovations are powered by continuous investment in research and development.
“We reinvest a significant portion of our revenue back into R&D,” explains Stephen Connolly, CEO. “Our customers’ needs evolve constantly, so our product must evolve too. Whether it’s adding new features or integrating with the latest finance or logistics technology, our goal is to keep retailers ahead of the curve.”
Putting Retailers First
Ordorite’s success stems from its customer‑first approach. Every new feature is developed in consultation with retailers. Clients like HSL, Dreams & Hometime Group Ireland, NCF and Furniture Outlet use the platform daily to run their operations. Their feedback drives improvements, ensuring the system remains practical and easy to use. “Our clients are more than customers; they’re drivers in innovation,” says Connolly. “We design solutions that make their businesses more profitable and efficient. When they grow, we grow.”
Tailored onboarding and training ensure each retailer gets the most from the platform. Ordorite’s support team works with clients to configure workflows, migrate data and train staff. This personalised service has earned the company a reputation for reliability and responsiveness, qualities that contribute to its Fast 50 success.
Looking Ahead to November
The Technology Fast 50 Awards Ceremony will be held on 27 November 2025 in Dublin. Until then, the Ordorite team will continue to focus on what they do best: helping retailers streamline operations, improve customer service and drive growth.
Being listed is an honour, but for Ordorite it’s also a call to keep innovating. With plans to introduce AI‑driven logistics tools and expanded e‑commerce integrations in 2026, the company aims to remain the go‑to technology partner for furniture and bedding retailers. As Connolly puts it, “This listing is not the finish line, it’s a sign that we’re on the right path. We’re excited for the ceremony in November and even more excited for what comes next.”
